On January 29th, 2019 New Year Annual Meeting of Bright Stone Innovation Technology Group was held in the Hilton Hotel in Yantai Development Zone. In October 2018, Bright Stone Innovation Group was officially upgraded to ‘Bright Stone Innovation Technology Group’ and optimized combinations of the Group's industries. Up to now, the Group has a total of seven industrial sectors including manned cabin industry, water environment equipment industry, ceramic new material industry, filter industry, environmental protection equipment industry, intelligent control industry and international business. And then, Bright Stone Innovation Group holds Hongyuan Oxygen Industry and Tongcin Group , Sunny Rubber, Hejing Ceramics, Sunny Environmental Protection etc. in several sub-sectors. These companies have won many awards including two ‘single champions’, three ‘invisible champions’ and two ‘Gazelle enterprises’, one ‘the top 100 enterprises with innovative ability in Shandong Province’, the ‘Bright Stone Innovation Industrial Technology Research Institute’ and the Bright Stone Investment in the forefront of China's venture capital industry. Bright Stone Innovation Group has developed into a technology group with technological innovation as its core, featuring high-end equipment, energy-saving and environmental protection, new materials and new energy, intelligent manufacturing and other emerging industries, and flanked by venture capital. In the business communication session, the responsible persons from the seven major industrial sectors of the Group shared their reports on industry conditions, annual summary, development planning, and operation management. Under the unfavorable situation of the macroeconomic downturn in 2018, the various industrial sectors of the Group kept a close eye on the market and worked hard to achieve internal strength. Among them, as the leader in the various industrial sectors of the Group, Hongyuan Oxygen Industry has a strong response to the colleagues in the spirit of forging the enterprise spirit, coping with external challenges, and innovating and driving development.

The conference commended outstanding employees and managers who achieved outstanding performance in 2018 and invited some of the award-winning representatives to share their experiences. ‘Technology Star’ represents Dexuan Xiao's experience in leading the department to carry out product innovation and technological transformation; ‘Selling Star’ on behalf of Jianwei Sun summed up the secret of his sales work as ‘technical sales’ + ‘service sales’; ‘Artisan Star’ representative Yucheng Ji suggested that first-line workers learn the equipment principle, dare to try, and be good at summing up; ‘Service Star’ represents Wenjuan Lin's meticulous, quick response and clear organization as the motto of his work; ‘Management Star’ representative Ruihua Wei advocates that everyone should do everything well and serve each customer sincerely. The founder of the group, Mr. Feng Gao, gave a keynote speech ‘Deep Farming, Keeping Innovative’. The report firstly combed the Group’s business system and industry sector from a strategic perspective, calling on all industry sectors to benchmark the ‘Kechuang Board’ standards, and strive to create three core competencies of technological innovation, key talents and global markets, and strengthen user orientation. ‘Ass is facing the leader, the head is facing the user’, perfecting the employment mechanism and evaluation mechanism, giving more development platforms for colleagues at all levels, and building an industrial ‘ecological circle’ based on advantageous industries.
